Quality for us, is a habit and an inherent part of our philosophy. A three-stage inspection process is made to check the quality of each product. It is mandatory for every product that is produced at LSKB to go through it during their manufacturing life.
Raw material used during the manufacturing process is outsourced from reputable international and domestic manufacturers that are food grade for primary packaging.
We make sure that all our vendors are audited and approved.
All SOPs are in place and displayed on the work stations of each employee. Regular, identified and necessary training is provided at predetermined periodic intervals to maintain and upgrade the skills of the workforce.
Well- equipped laboratories are present in the plant for product investigation and for the deployment of best practices amongst the staff.
We encourage internal and external interface, and exchange of ideas to continuously innovate and benchmark our offerings to the emerging global standards.
We encourage exposure to global and domestic exhibitions of relevance to our Industry so that the team is aligned to the emerging trends.
Research and development is what retains you in the market and keeps on adding value to your USPs. We are continuously working on various factors backed by well- equipped facility (including metallurgical testing).
